Lake O'the Pines is right at full. Has come up 6ft in just a few days.
Lake is going to overfill by several ft. Water at the 259 bridge is 2ft from coming over the bridge...

As much rain as the metroplex got East Texas got double or more. I was looking at the rainfall map at NOAA and over the past 7 days most parts of the metroplex east of 35 got 3-4". It looks like everything east of about Canton got between 6-8". It's like somebody flipped a switch once we hit Janurary. If this keeps going some of those East Texas lakes may be overflowing come spring rains.

8.5" in my gauge here in Jefferson. Had to use 4wd to get the truck out of the carport...the mud just sucked it in. LOVE IT! If it gets high like 2001, fishing in the upper creeks will be a blast. I'm hoping like crazy it keeps raining and we can fish all that growth. jt
