 Adhesive for MODs on your Yak

Hey guys, I am looking for the name of the adhesive that is clear and kinda rubberish you can put around things you screw into the plastic or put into cut outs you make in your kayak.

Lexel is rubber based and won't harden to the point you cannot remove it but will still adhere and seal. I usually get it at Ace hardware.

Think that might be it. Can you find it at lowes or some place like west marine?
