So far there is no signs of red tide at the SPI jetties, was there this morning and water was clear green. Caught a couple of Spanish Macks at the end.
I dunno relationship of red tide and pompano but have heard the last time red tide hit SPI, the guys were catching lots of pompano at the jetties before and after the red tide event.

Not really seeing many reports from Matagorda/POC. We're going there for the first time this weekend....

read some report of moderate red tide in SPI.
