 Who is going to the Triton Owner's Tournament on Lake Fork on the 26th

Any Triton Owner wishing to participate may sign up during tournament registration on Friday, September 25, 2015 at the Lake Fork Marina.
Tournament registration begins at 1:00 pm and ends at 5:45 pm. No one will be allowed to register after 5:45 pm.
Both boat owner and fishing partner must be present to sign the Tournament Liability Release. Note the owner can fish alone if he doesn't have a partner.
Entry fee will be $200. Only cash will be accepted on Friday 9/25/2015.
The problem is there has been little to no promotion of this event. Come on you Triton owner's if you can make it.

I have a 1997 Triton that we bought new. I'd LOVE to make it out to this, but my wife's 30th birthday is the 27th and we've got plans all day Friday in Dallas so I can't make the registration. We've got plans Saturday evening anyway. Just unfortunate that they picked this weekend.
You're right that there has been very, very little promotion of this event. There are lots of Triton owners around here and I'm sure most of them would fish it if they knew about it. Fork during the turnover and without any publicity is a tough way to get a big field. Results from last weekend were pretty lackluster IMHO.

I signed up in such a hurry I forgot I had a doctor's appointment Friday in Dallas. It will be hard to make the 6:00 pm rules meeting. I will do what is necessary to make it happen.

Is this a Triton only tournament? I think you have to own a Triton to fish it. Or be in a Triton boat with the Triton boat owner. But I'm sure the rules on Triton's website have more info.

Triton-only tournament and the boat being used must be registered in the name of one of the participants. Entry fee was supposed to go up to $300 after the early entry deadline, but I'm okay with them doing whatever it takes to make this a successful event. I want them to bring it back to Lake Fork in the years to come, and I'll do what I can to show my support and appreciation for them bringing an owner's event to Lake Fork.

I got my Dad to fish it with me as a birthday present since he knows I can't catch fish anymore... So we will both be there Friday to sign up and donate.
