Guys you can tie a palomar to a swivel already tied to a mainline. Just bring the tag end and leader back thru the loop. The loop will flip over (best description)and pull down just fine. Been doing it for many years. I have people all the time say they did not realize that was possible when they watch me do it! I guess I need to make a video of it.

We used a rig similar to this. We used a three way swivel and made one leader about three inches and the other leader about five inches. We called it "bucket of minnows". Worked it the same way, and it is very effective.
Good video,Scott.

Was able to visualize this nicely, good description, thanks Tim! Thanks for another way to fish my favorite bait Scott!

Good video,Scott. I thought about this but as Scott said if a fish takes off in the opposite direction there is no play at the line tie. Could break one of the lines. Have you had any bigger fish on, 2 at a time to test this?

It's a good rig, Tom Mann Jr. won with this rig in 2009 on Clarks hill Res. Can at times get messed up on the cast but for schooling bass it can be deadly.

Great Rig! I have caught two fish up to 4lbs on it numerous times.
If you hook a fish don't try to reel it in right away, let it fight in place for a bit and a lot of times a second fish will grab the second fluke that is frantically dangling close by.
