Opened Dove Rd Ramp today, BrianTX you can launch without getting your feet wet!!! I didn't know. My tow hitch is out of commission. I got rear ended a couple of weeks ago on 114. It will probably be at least another couple of weeks ago for my 4Runner to get fixed. In general, when I launch at Dove I have to climb through the back to keep from getting my feet wet.
