I placed an order, last week, with HUMMINBIRD on-line.
I had a concern and called HUMMINBIRD.

I was told that my order was thru SHOPATRON and I would have to contact them in order to correct the order. I called the 1-877-412-7467 and spoke to a person (who did not speak Texas English) who name is BRESHO not in the United States of America. I asked if my order had been shipped, and he was not sure. I asked that my order with ShopATron be cancelled. He informed me he would have to contact the shipper and see if they could be cancelled.

I wait in LIMBO.

I called Humminbird at 1-800-633-1468. While waiting for customer service, a voice says "did you know you could order on line. Go to humminbird.com.

Went to humminbird.com and placed an order 8/28/15 for a tranducer and an ethernet adapter cable
received email confirmation from Humminbird
called Humminbird today checking on order and was told my order was thru shopatron
Called shopatron, got a foreigner
called mastercard to protest charges
called humminbird customer service

called marine repair center.

I hope this is finally corrected.

My dealings with Shut up and fish went fine, no hassles , some products were
back ordered but were received in a timely fashion and items were shipped as
they became available and David kept me informed , every step of the way.

Yes, I am sure I ordered thru Humminbird.

I have ordered several things from Humminbird lately, on line, never any problems. It comes from Johnson marine or something like that. Johnson owns humminbird. But I go to humminbird.com, find what I need, order it and a few days later, there it is. Sorry to hear you had problems.

Never heard of "shoptron" or "Marine Service Center"

The number you show is the Humminbird direct customer support number.

Not sure what is going on with all you have stated. Hope you get it cleared up....
