I took a kayak out after work for the frist time, and fished from one for the frist time! Well I did not like it! I lost 3 fish over the side trying to put them on the livewell! And could not hold a spot at all! I like the kayak for just scouting around but not for fishing!

Looks like ya put a few on the livewell, and some gooduns too. Wouldn't give up on the yak to early, its a good way ta fish. The boys over in the yak section might be able ta help out with some tips...

glad you were able to get out and get you some nice slabs! don' have to ask what color jig,unless you've switched up on me,lol! what depth?

Depth was around 12 feet on in 14 fow I missed a lot of fish, (darned reel  and dropped a few trying to put them on the livewell
