can anyone tell me were I can find any ponds or creeks in Mequite that I can catch some crappie in?

The only pond I know of with crappie that is even close to Mesquite is off of Centerville and 66. It is actually a city park now. Not sure if that is Garland or Rowlett.

Valleycreek park has crappie in the big pond. If the weeks are growin around the bank thats where you will find em.
The park is located off of Pioneer and bruton.
