I want to check out some saltwater gear and want to look around Corpus while I am there. Headed down to SPI, so if there is something better there??
You cant tell much from online search, as most are mom pop shops. I know there is Academy, etc. but would rather find the personal touch.
Thanks

X2 Roys has anything you could possibly need, but not exactly on the way to South Padre, unless you're going to go through Chapman Ranch to get back on 77

There is also a place next to Permire Yamaha on the way to the big bridge, I dont think they have a sign you will see some Kayaks out front.

Not a big tackle shop, but OTI (Ocean Tackle International) is located in Corpus also

Roys is always on my list when heading up north. They seem to get 200$ from me everytime.
