I picked up a couple packages of these to try out. What size hook is everyone using. I was thinking 4/0 or 5/0 EWG.

I haven't used them but given their similarity to something like Berkley's havoc pit boss, I am sure a 3/0 or 4/0 offset shank or EWG would work just fine. EWG is probably not necessary given the slimmer profile of the bait.
My go to is a 4/0 Matzuo J-sickle, it's the perfect offset shank hook and they stick fish NASTY, and are much stouter than their slimmer gauge wire might lead you to believe. I use them for most of my soft plastic fishing, save for straight shank heavy wire hooks for heavy cover punching

Added bonus, they are cheap. They are seriously sharp little stickers too. They texpose amazingly well and stay put but also pop back out the plastic easily form the angle they go in too. The only downside really is that they dull easily, but I carry a hook file for all my hooks anyways, and again, being cheap they can quickly be swapped as needed as well. The brought a new level to my fishing in all honesty, I recommend everyone I know to give them a try instead of whatever worm hooks they use currently. I get much more solid hookups with fish with these, and lose less fish, can't say enough good things about them.
