Just became a member and wanted to introduce myself . I'm Jay Fuller and I run Fullers guide service on lake Texoma . I've been guiding on Texoma for 10 year.. Before that I used to chase those trash fish on the bass master elite series and fished in the bass master Classic in 2008 ..... I have now seen the light and gave up chasing those trash fish and spend all my time chasing fish with stripes
I fish out of the Oklahoma side of the lake but have many Texas customers and will Pick my people up anywhere on the lake. In fact I work very closely with JD Lyle and help him on many of his multi boat trips..I fish out of a 23 foot falcon... Green and white ... I know that doesn't narrow it down much but if your ever nearby holler and introduce yourself .
If I can be of any help on the forum just holler !! I'm always willing to help ..

Welcome to the Forum! Just talked to JD at Tawakoni recently at Anchor Inn. He said things are slowly returning to normal on Texoma. Hope it's back to normal soon.

Good decision on leaving ditch pickle behind, you'll never turn back Back in June I called John B on a short notice trying to book a trip on the red river for stripers, my luck that day he was off DOING CHORES around the house, ... but he did gave me Jay's number, l did called once but didn't follow up because I never heard your name and didn't want to chance getting on a questionable guide boat that might crowd bankers to catch fish... if I had known that you fish with JD I would.

That probably was Jay Staleys number he gave you ,not mine. I don't / won't fish the river. Too dangerous for me .
Since Texoma has been so poor ,I've been doing my trips on Lake Tawakoni along with JD Lyle. We have both been on Tawak since about the end of June. We've talked about it and figure were gonna try to go back to Texoma in Sept if things continue to improve.
I've done a few trips on Texoma this month but the results are still too mixed ...At Tawakoni both JD and I have been just Hamemring the big Hybrids and stripers !!

I met you on Tawakoni a few weeks ago when I did a trip with JD Lyle
You we're fishing another trip for him that day.
I can attest that both JD and Jay have been wearing out those hybrids and stripers on Tawakoni !! My group with JD caught over 50 hybrids that day and I saw the fish that Jays group caught that day and they had at least as many as we did .. In fact here is a pic I took of Jay holding an 18 lbr that one of his customers caught that day

They will let anyone in here!!!LOL! Jay Fuller is good people and he will still go chase a ditch pickle if I twist his arm hard enough! I have known Jay for a long time even chased the ditch pickles together for a few years. He will treat you right! I am still teaching him how to catfish so he can be ready this winter for Texoma and Tawakoni Trophy catfish trips!!!
