Looking for a report for sea rim or other areas close for surf fishing?

I know a man who has property between Sabine Pass and Sea Rim,
Red fish and sharks every day, Trout when the water is right. You
need to get the baits out a ways most of the time,
sometimes they are right on the Beach , this is Bob and a free swimming
shark.
