rule 8: If you have a vehicle that you cannot turn the headlights off, bring another vehcle, or cut the wires to the headlights before backing down the boat ramp. that's stupid!!! You go cut your lights on a brand new truck. That is not stupid ..... that is REAL STUPID !!!!

Can't turn my headlights off because I have a 1999 Chevy Suburban...Tough luck fellas did you try the parking brake trick couple clicks down

On your 99 Chevy Suburban see if it has a push button labeled cargo light if so push it twice fairly quickly and see if that turns your head lights off. I have a 2000 Chevy pickup and that's how I turn off my head lights at ramp.

I can't remember for the life of me.
