 Any good spots around RGV are to catch cats?

I live in Kingsville and was wondering if anyone knew of any good spots in to catch some good cats in this area?

Fishordie, sorry I didn't see this sooner. I am in Donna in the RGV. I have been wondering about catfish spots myself. I have tried Delta Lake but only had minimal success when the canal was emptying into the lake, but then there were about 10 other people fishing then!! There's a reservoir a mile from me but haven't even gotten a nibble the dozen or so times I've fished there. Caught a few small channels in the canal about 100 yards behind the house on a throwline, but nothing on rod and reel!!

Well I know where donna is I love to fish for whatever it is and I haven't been catfishing in a very long time. I am looking for any spots close by I need to start looking harder lol.
