Unfortunately in the same boat as you. I am new to Texas coast from San Diego. I own a decent 19" Trophy CC and need some help locating fish. FishorDie do you get offshore often??

There are site where you can order books with numbers. They've both been around a while and are pretty well tried and true. I'm not sure if Rik has one for the lower coast yet.

You might check them out .....

thanks for the sites. I went out a and caught some spanish mackeral last summer when the water was calm. I am new to this area as of last June. Just stocking up on information for when the water calms. I love it when you "have" to quit fishing at the end of the day because you have reached muscle failure from fighting fish all. Want to do it again but from my own boat.
