I left my son my bass boat and I see it has a 2 sticker on it. I guess this means he could get a ticket, Right ? How does he get a new one ?

Go to Parks and Wildlife office with renewal notice, pay the fee and get a new sticker. If you don't have the renewal notice TPWD can look it up with the Hull ID #. You should be able to find that number on the title for the hull.
