Stopped by today to pick up a rod holder for my new to me pontoon boat, and still haven't decided if it was a mistake or not.... Nicest man there is. I ended up by two rods for me and one for my brother two rod holders with mounts and a whole slew of crappie jibs and catfish hooks and gear. Couldn't be happier with the service or the product. Ran to cabelas afterwords to get a few things for the pontoon boat and two new Abu Garcia 6500's for the rods. Already liking the rods more than the ugly sticks I bought a month ago. Will defiantly be back. Not to mention it is much cheaper to buy all the terminal gear in bulk.
Ready to catch some fish now.

Sounds good, what kind of rods did you get? Nice choice on the reels! Kinda confused did you get pro angler rods or did you go to pro anglers tackle store in north Richland hills?

I got pro angler rods at his store in Lucas. I got the 7.5 foot medium heavy. Sure is a really nice rod. Got them all rigged up and ready to hit the water this weekend hopefully get on some fish at lavon.

Decided to just buy a good setup the first time and have them last a very long time. This makes four now. Bought two a month ago and the are on ugly sticks. But will be getting rid of them and changing with two more of the pro angler rods. Once I get these two mounts setup on my new to me pontoon. Will be going back to get two more for the back of the boat. Plan to be able to fish at least two poles from each corner of the boat. Walter

Congrats on your boat! If you get a chance put up some pics of it, we always like to see everyone's setup.
