As there is a "First Fish Folly" over at CAG (Carp Anglers Group) with 2 different TX locations, where many people will already be fishing at midnight, I suspect there will be a few early morning catches.

I'm in... I posted my first fish today, a yellow bass from White Rock Creek. Was hoping to also get a crappie, but no luck on those!

It was *our* idea. I started thinking about it, and worked with Justin on the original idea, put the website up, and ElJeffe helped us out a lot woth images and code for the website and contest.
We hope it is even bigger next year. We're at 47 anglers as of this minute, and I expect it to be go by the end of the weekend.

Yeah, alright. It was Bret's idea, but I helped out with the concept, and Jeff did helped out on the website and everything. Here's my six species entered so far:  Rainbow Trout  Green Sunfish  Bluegill  Channel Catfish  Freshwater Drum  The might Common Carp...or in this case...not so mighty! One of the smallest carp I've caught lol.
