Not on their normal pattern for me this year. Lots of baby gizzards that should be getting to be just about the right size. South bank at mouth of Rush Creek had some last time I was out.

Saw quite a few shallow right off the pavilion on 66 in Rockwall at the public ramp.

There are young shad everywhere under the big 66 bridge. Saw them by the tens of thousands on Monday night.

I threw the cast net for maybe 20 minutes today chasing the big groups near the 66 bridge, filled a few sandwich bags up for the freezer. You could walk the bridge and see them moving in the lake.
