Everything is hooked up properly, but the side scan and down scan will not work. Any ideas?

Are you linking SS to the bow unit also, if so, are you going through the LSS box or usb from the 12 directly to the bow unit?

He did, he did a soft reset and it started working properly. (Read it on another site)
