 Where to put in on eagle mountain

Wanting to fish more at eagle mountain, where do you guys launch from. When I had a boat I usually launched from harbor one.

Harbor one is $5 for kayaks on the weekend, that's were I usually put in.
This is a very tall order. We need the best. Get me MacGruber.
