Hard to miss when you locate the fish. Could only fish about 14 feet down in the top of the trees. Lots of action early near Gaines Bend. Fish to 12lbs. Lots of missed fish in the trees.

Good catch! My 11 year old wants to go there, but I have not fished it since 1997, so I have been putting it off until we can go during the week so we don't have to deal with as many pleasure boaters. We went to Bridgeport yesterday and got one small Hybrid near the dam. I didn't see many at all on the graph.

Great job as always Michael. Good to see the Ranger boat catching fish like the old Skeeter did. I'll be back on Texoma mid week and BP at the end of the week. Update to follow.

Nice job. We were out there today and didnt do near as well. Only caught 4. Two in the 3 pound range and 2 unders. I havent been able to fish for the past 2 weeks due to work and it seems the fish have moved since my last time out.
Mike did you notice a thermocline around 18 ft or so?

White Ranger the thermocline is about were you say it is and maybe a little deeper. Besides using your electronics to find the thermocline you can use your shad to tell. Shad won't live below the thermocline but do just fine slightly above it. If you pull the shad up and it's dead it was prolly below.

If you caught 4 you did really well. Outside of hiring a fishing guide, PK fishing is mighty tough right now. Still catching sand bass and small stripers at night from green lights but it's hard to even mark fish down by the dam. I guess 9 out of 10 stripers went down the river or they are using "stealth technology" to hide from the fish finder.

There are lots of fish to catch on PK. Just have to locate them as they are moving around. Bring lots of hooks and weights as you will catch a few trees.

Thanks for the info Randy. I didnt notice the thermocline on the graph, but did notice the shad dying beyond a certain depth.
@PKFishin None of the 4 we caught were at the damn. I tried the damn early and I may have seen you out there. Was that you in the metal boat at about 6:30 AM? If so, I was the guy live bait fishing when you arrived.
