Visited Granbury Marina yesterday and this 15 Outback followed me home. Rick was great to deal with and got a awesome deal on this demo. Highly recommend him if you are looking for a Hobie. Took it out today and got it slimed. This was my biggest. 19" and first striper on the fly

Congrats! Welcome to the mighty Hobie Navy. I met both of y'all two weeks ago on the Brazos. I was the guy in the green SINK wishing I'd brought one of my Hobies. Thanks again Lusca for letting me borrow your ruler. See you on the river!

David, one of the popular YouTube kayak personalities, Ty at yakntexas, did a video on what his favorite Hobie was for fishing: the Outback or the PA 12 or 14. He loves the PAs, who wouldn't, but he chose the new model Outback. I think he gives a pretty good explanation of it all. Here: Hobie Outback or PA 12/14? You may have seen this already. Brad

Outback was my first Hobie about 10 years ago. Loved it. I have owned most the hobie models and still think it is the best all around boat if you just want to catch fish and enjoy the experience.
I trailer a bright shiney new PA14 but will be taking delivery soon on a new Outback that I can just throw in my truck without any planning and sneak off. I am telling myself it is a guest/client boat, but I know I will probably use it as much as my PA.
Welcome to the clan ! Congrats.
