Possible a female guppy? They are known to reproduce super fast and can adapt to many different kinds of water.

I was thinking far, but after reading I think either the killifish or livebearer (with the different looking anal fin) species... Livebearer is more likely with the pointed head. https://tpwd.texas.gov/publications/pwdpubs/media/pwd_bk_w7000_0798.pdf

It definitely looks like a blackspotted topminnow. There are tons of the suckers in Broken Bow. . .

Agree it's a killifish very common aquarium fish reproduce fast and live in heavy vegetation.
