Hey all, I wanna look for a new Fishfinder that has gps, plotting capabilities.
I am using a 196c that came with my boat.
It's not that it's bad, It's just that I wanna upgrade it with a little more oompf.
Adding a start point to a map, that way you know where you came from, as sometimes we get turned around.
I'd like to get a rolling post here where you guys can show me pics of yours and tell me why you think its the best...

If we knew how much you had to spend and what features you want, we could make some recommendations. The two top brands are Humminbird and Lowrance. Both have a good following, but I think the HB may be a little more user friendly. Both brands have some very knowledgable users here that can help you.

Give me the absolute most you want to pay,what type of boat it is going on, and where you are fishing from the helm or are you going forward or aft to a fishing seat?
