I took my wife out to fish this last week around the East side of Robertson Park. We did a spot lock and caught a few fish quickly. But there were boats doing circles, we almost witnessed a three boat collision, all fishermen. It was so bad my wife got motion sickness from all the wave action after about 30 minutes. We checked it to the house. I want to be the first to say the lake belongs to all of us. Just be careful whether you are locked on a spot fishing or navigating across the lake. Keep your head on a swivel!

Good advice. I know the police boat will be out starting tomorrow. Watch your diet milk intake.

I only go to ones spot for Sandies on Hubbard and I got to get there an hour early with my lil powered old boat before all the guides show up. All have been courteous. However back in pack and hike rip rap, days I have seen circles of boats that looked like folks were preparing to joust...and sadly I only seen this on Hubbard.

Yep the lake will be like a toilet bowl. Waves coming every direction. The Jet Flees will be out in force. Be careful! flag

It's been a while but if I remember correctly the fishing is usually horrible the week after a holiday weekend due to all of the boat traffic.
