 My new rods rattle

I purchaced 2 new Shakespeare Ugly Stik Tiger rods for flathead fishing. They are 7' 1 piece medium heavy. They both have a rattle when you shake them. The rattle is coming from the two lower guides on both rods. I inspected the guides and eyes on both rods but nothing seems to be loose. What is causing the rattle? Any help would be appreciated!!

Might wanna check the reel seat tightner. The ring of it could be loose

I've had rods that rattled before. I'm no rod expert though and they still caught tons of fish. Hope you find out what it is.
