Anyone use this cranking rod before? Any feed back would be helpful. Looking to get a friend one for a gift and was wondering if it's a decent rod.

I just got one and use it to throw 8&10XD's. I love it. I met David a year ago at an industry event and he spend 15 minutes talking to me about how he fishes crank baits and the thoughts he put into designing the Rod with Lew's. I think it is a good rod for the money.
