So I notice my cuda 14 really warps while sitting on the bed extender just with the weight of the kayak alone no straps. luckily Jackson hulls have pretty good memory but with the summer heat in full effect it pains me to see my $1600 hunk of plastic warping like that.. I custom built the bed extender last year for my old pescador 12 so with the cuda 14 the contact point is right behind the seat and the jumbo pool noodle trick does nothing. Since I dont work in a fab shop anymore I cant try making the extender longer so can any of you shoot me some ideas? Should I maybe try a tbone?

I agree transport it upside down. The deck should be more rigid.

For our catamaran trailer, we had to make these things that I kind of think might work for you. Took a 2x12, might've been smaller, can't remember, anyways cut it where it's at least a foot or so long, then screwed two 2x4's to the bottom with enough room between them to fit the roller(in our case) between them. With the boat tied down they can't really come out and spread the weight out over a bigger area. Kind of like this.

Agree, haul it upside down. The deck is definitely more rigid. Its how I haul mine, no problems.

They all do that. Most kayaks are meant to be transported on their side of upside down. Just flip it upside down. My cuda14 does the same thing so I've been transporting it upside down for a few years now. No issues.

Just bought a Big Tuna and had a dent just getting it home. Have a tarpon 120 that's been abused and never had even a small dent.

I've owned one Heritage, two Ocean Kayaks, one Mainstream and two Wilderness Systems kayaks and I have yet to have one warp.
Just one more cast!

I haul a lot of Jackson's all over the country and I cinch them down for traveling, just sit in sun and it bounces right back.
But if you would rather you can take something like 2" pvc and run the length of kayak on your extender and will not flex in transit.
Send me a PM if you want have several photos of this idea, and have some friends that only haul their kayaks this way.
