Dobyns new line up Fury, really sensitive but power rods! The 7'3 MH rod feels like a medium which i like for my weightless/texas rigs! Light but with alot of power!

Price range? My favorite T-Rig rod: Dobyns Champion 734 but "high-end" price. Mid-range: Falcon Lowrider in Head Turner or Lizard Dragger model. Low price: All Star rods @ Academy in the "Worm" model(really, these are great for the price).

I like both of my St. Croix rods, one a casting rod and the other a spinning rod. But, instead of suggesting one of these to you, lots of great ideas already, take a look at the charts on this St. Croix page to see what this company recommends for various specific techniques. I think this is a really good summary of what sort of physical qualities a rod might need for this or that technique. Brad St Croix rod technique recommendations

I use the BPS Carbonlite rods for my worm fishing. Very light, very sensitive. Never had an issue with power or hook set. Best $100 rod in my humble opinion.

There is no BEST.
BEST is a personal preference.
My first badazz worm rod was a glass Fenwick with a pistol grip. A Fenwick HMG Graphite and their Boron worm rod were my next two, still with the p-grip. All were 5.5 to 6 feet.
From there I progressed to straight cork handles, faster reels and longer rods.
These days I fish with Power Tackle, Duckett, Loomis, Fenwick and several original AllStars.
BEST tx-rig rod? For me, it's a GLoomis MBR 843C. IMX blank. 7' 0". Period!
The GLX and NRX series are really nice but won't stand up to every day conditions for long. The IMX will.

No regrets here. Lightweight power and sensitivity aren't cheap.

I have a 7ft Medium heavy abu gracia vendetta I like. It's a bargain for the money and it's really light.
