I know its been there the last two years but my vote is for the red river again. It's the most neutral largest expanse of bass heaven in reasonable driving distance with awesome non fishing entertainment nearby.

I think k it will be the red again. Somebody at the red over marina has to know. I called back there in February and there were 3 cabins left when I booked my cabin. I honestly thought I as ahead of the game. So obviously everyone has their cabins booked thought the same thing thing I did.

I wander if they can rebuild those cabins that fast or what with the water damage. by October.

This championship would of been well negotiated in advance. No other city else the money to pay at that level I would think.

Despite having yet to cash a check on the Red at either Championship, I had hoped it would be there every year from here on out. There is a ton of stuff to do around there, the fishing can be a blast if you get into an area that has them and even on the days you aren't catching them the area looks so fishy that you can't help but think you are about to get blow up at any minute. That all being said, I don't see any way they could possibly have it there this year. The local authorities are saying that is will be at least September before the river will be at normal pool which means at the very earliest, they couldn't begin work to repair the marina until August some time and that is probably pushing it especially with the rain forecast from Bill.

Who knows where they have it but one thing will be for sure....some will be happy and others won't. There are only 2 places I hope it won't be....Texoma and Richland Chambers. I would even be ok with it being Toldeo Bend even with that being a regular season lake for one of the regions.

It's my first year in BC, I personally like to go to the Red but I know it's been there the last two. Lake Eufaula, OK would been interesting. I support where they wanna go but just hope it's not at regular season lake.

My guess is richland chambers. It's pretty neutral between the divisions. Full of water and stable. And it wasn't on any of the champs regular season schedule. Plenty of hotels and food in corsicana. It will be fun no matter where it's at. Can't wait.
