Drain your lower unit oil into a pan. If metal debri is present then it's probably gonna need a new lower unit or gears. If not, then probably a spun prop.

Pull the prop,put it in gear and try and turn the shaft.If you can't turn it, it's probably the prop. take out the bottom screw and see if the oil has water in it. If you do take it to a shop.
