Well, the only one I haven't at least caught a fish on that I've fished this year was pat mayse... But all that does is make me want to go back and catch a few so I can give it the finger

Ft Phantom is a good one. So is Arlington. That crusty little Kirby Lake south of Abilene too.

I don't know if I've ever fished a lake that I wouldn't go back to. Even if I struggled there, that just makes we want to go back to figure them out even more.

Check out Arlington. Lol. It's so nasty you'll regret putting your boat in that water. . .

I can't say that I won't go back to them, but three that I will only fish if a tournament takes me there are:
Tyler Fork Granbury
I live 5 minutes from Lake Tyler. I only put my boat in there if I have to. It's overpressured and now that the grass has all been killed I feel lucky if I catch fish there. Fork is, in my opinion, a bigger Lake Tyler. It has improved in recent years so I am probably unfairly judging it at least in part based on how frustrating it was for about a decade starting in the late 90s. Maybe I just hit Granbury at a bad time, but I fished three days there and caught one fish. My partner in the boat with me didn't catch a keeper and our other four team members didn't exactly slay them, either.
I catch more and on average better fish in 15 other lakes than those three.
