St Croix Panfish rods in 7' Light Xtra fast and 6'9" UL fast and various BPS Graphite MicroLite rods for me. Never knew how many bites and other "feel" info I was missing till I switched to better grade graphite rods.

Just got an Ugly stik GX-2 ultralight and loved it so much I bought a fast action GX 2 for bass.
