I've checked up on Mineral Wells, Bridgeport and Granbury. All are reported as muddy and no bite on anything I'm fishing for. That leaves me with Eagle Mountain and Possum Kingdom as the two within reasonable driving distance that are somewhat fishable where would you go?

I thought I read a report from this weekend that the south end was clearing up, murky but not muddy and that the north end was kinda muddy on PK? Thats why I even considered it. I just drove over EM, which is my home lake too, but is was very obviously brown from up on top of the spillway.

Heard it was clearing too but after today I'll tell u it's pretty muddy! You can really tell how muddy it is when u are a distance away and then the sun hits the water and all u see is brown all over the lake. I fished nothing but the south end and that's how it was. Polarized glasses will reveal how brown it is when looking down in the water.

You're saying the south end was nothing but muddy? How far did you venture up lake?

The east side of EM it is not as muddy. Can definitely see the where dirty water meets clearer water. Caught fish in that "muddy" water today.

Well ended up at PK, it's muddy down on the south end towards the state park. Once you head around the bend towards Hells Gates and the dam it actually gets to be less muddy and more murky. Didnt have any bites though.....
