nah...just looks like someone killing gar and sticking them in the fence. wrong seen it firsthand found some 4 and 5ft gar stuck in a high fence along the Frio river after a flood Not doubting it's possible...just doubting this particular pic. All of the gar facing the same way? hmnm... Somebody doesn't understand how flooding works lol. Think for a minute and I think you will get why they are all facing the same way. Hint: the water from the flooding was flowing from one side of the fence. Haha

From my experience gar can swim up and down the current. Looks to me like someone put them there as well, no doubt from a small drying puddle from the flood waters
