I plan on going to either Como lake or Echo, possibly even Marine Creek to target LMB. Anyone have plans to go anywhere Sunday?

Last Sunday MC was PACKED. That's why I was thinking about going to Echo or Como. They are small lakes that a few people have told me are fun for numbers. But if you haven't been to MC before we can go for it.

Echo lake is good for numbers right now not so much on size. Been killing em on a ned rig. I'm hitting up Bachman Saturday morning. Haven't decided on going anywhere on Sunday yet though. River is still a mess so that's out.

If yall want to drive out here to W'ford Ill show you several good honey holes. Perfect size for kayaks. Def worth the 30 minute drive. Let me know

Ive never been skunked, havent fished it in about a yr, but have always caught both numbers and size. Just a good place to add to your list of fishy navigable waters

I was thinking about Weatherford as well. I've not been on that lake.
Looks like the only launch option is at the marina. Is that correct? Do they charge to launch a yak?

I haven't caught a fish in month, I think, so I'm all about catching whatever I can catch

Weatherford lake is a great catfish lake. There are good bass in there as well, but a little harder to locate. The rocks on the dam would problem be good. There are several launch spots for a kayak. Along the east side of dam and there's a park on north west side.
