Do trailer tires need alignment? Not sure, but I can't figure out what else is wrong with it. Tandem axel. It starts vibrating pretty bad when going over 60 mph. Had the bearings and suspension checked and that didn't fix it.

The geometry on the axles can shift, but I don't think that is a common problem. I would have them spin balanced before diving into anything else. Any tire shop can do it.
