I had some friends who were stationed in Panama and they loved fishing along the northern part of the canal.

Wow, I thought it wold be more. I wonder if my wife would consider that for an anaversery gift.
If you want black dirty water and want to go cheap...go to Caddo. It may be in the states but it seems like a world away.
