The one I like is from BASS.. Scoutlook- it gives you a lot more than radar.. It's nice on the lake to see if the storm is going to go past you..

Dale Moses, Texoma game warden, told me about Radar Scope several years ago when I was still guiding. Easy to use and select what you want to see. Also allows you to select any radar in the country and change rapidly. Not free but a very effective app that continually has free upgrades. Lindy Best money I've ever spent on an app, radar scope show the raw radar data coming directly from NOAA, not the doctored stuff they show on TV that has a delay, its real time and super accurate, its what storm chasers use. I can't believe more people haven't heard of it or use it.
