Is it too late in life to get a boat and start a new chapter of life and relaxation? What do you think?

You are never to old to do the stuff you want to, and if that is buying a boat and fishing then get after it!

You are never to old to buy a boat. Just make sure you either have help launching, or you buy a boat you can launch on your own. I'm seriously considering selling my bass boat and going to aluminum for that very reason.

Welcome to the OT, Rob! One bit of advice - never listen to anything that papamark says.

I hope it is not too late. I am just a year behind you and starting my RV career.
Welcome aboard!

Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach

Congrats on your RV career!
