If the water is flowing and the stream leads to a lake or larger stream or river then there will be fish in it. Catfish like to go up stream into these smaller creeks to spawn. Just find the deepest hole you can and fish it. Remember, the water needs to be flowing.
From Genesis: "And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the earth."
Then He made the earth round...and He laughed and laughed and laughed!

When the water level begins to drop in the creeks then the fish will fall back downstream to the deeper water. If that's happening then you probably won't have any luck. The pictures you posted don't look very fishy to me. Water looks too clear. May be some minnows and perch in there. Good luck anyway and watch out for cottonmouths.

Yeah I didn't think it would have any but I've been surprised before at where I've seen some caught at so you never know. But it flows out into that thing goes under the road and turns into a small marshy creek on the other side that runs to another pond.

I dont think you'll find much as far as keeper fish are concerned in that stream but i'd definitely use that stream as my bait source. Take a small trout hook on a bobber and some powerbait or worms and catch your bait in that stream then head down to the pond to catch the cats on cutbait. Channel cats in a pond will bite cut perch.
I use a spot similar to that as my bait source since its close to my house, always easy to catch bait in bodies of water like that since they are rarely messed with. The perch and bream will bite the heck out of crappie nibbles in there i bet.

Looks like the creek that we were catching fish in before the floods. Don't always assume it will only be good for bluegills. You might just catch lots of sandies, bass, and cats too.
