Aquilla is 8.5 ft high, no water is coming out of Aquilla. Waco is 10Ft high no significant amount of water being released. Ramps are closed. I thought about fishing the Dam on Whitney but no access to the good side (Road Closed) I have never seen that before.There was no water being released either as of yesterday.

Checked Aquilla yesterday neither ramp was open.
