How do you guys Bake your White Bass. Got a whole mess in the freezer and getting tired of frying.

Season with Cajun seasoning and bake til they flake can also do it in a non stick if you want them crispy

We use lemon, lime juice, old bay, oregano, pepper, wrap in foil, bake away
You can add butter or any herb you like

Hey thanks guys. Just wanted to see what everyone's faves were. I've never been big on baked fish but getting burnt out on fried. Really appreciate the feedback

1.Marinate in buttermilk 2.Drain then put on foil 3.Coat one side with season salt, black pepper, garlic powder, parsley, then flip 4.Repeat Step 3 then add a little butter & lay fresh cut onions and lemons on top 5.Wrap up foil into a pouch, bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 mins

Be sure and cut every micro gram sliver of the red meat out first. Nastiest stuff I ever tried to eat in my life was a couple of large white bass filets that still had the red meat left on it which I baked in the oven.
