Rain leaving area for a little while. Cabin fever at a high. What's the water look like this am? Don't want chocolate milk.

It was good a few days ago. They were just starting to school out deep, the shad haven't grown to their usual size yet, they're only about a half inch long. Frog bite wasn't as good as it's been to me, but still caught a few. Hope that helps!

Fished it Friday, water was stained under the bridge, in good shape through out the main lake. Caught a few on everything, frogs, chatterbait, square bill, swim bait & plastics.

So the ramp at the old Marina is open? Have a 2 hr drive and don't want to get there and not be able to launch:)

How good is Athens? Is it worth the trip? It's an hour and 30 min away. Everyone says its underrated.
