I live in Austin though I do not drive, so getting down Town Lake is a pain with all my gear. I have quite a bit of carp fishing experience in Europe though I have only fished Town Lake a few times and would like someone to share their knowledge with.

Welcome Kevin. Many of us are from up in the Dallas and Fort Worth area but we make the trip down to fish Town Lake every once and a while.
Perhaps we could hook up when ever we head down that way.

yeah there are useally threads about heading to austin on here...were in england did you fish? is that PB from England or from Town Lake?

Hi Scott,
the pb came from a place in S. France, a little known about place which even now is nearly unheard of. St Geniez about 100 kms north of montpellier. I used to fish Weybread, Homersfield and a lot of others in UK.
