Wow, I thought I had seen it all. You don't need side finders or any fancy equipment. You just need binoculars or your eye sight and then find Joe, Matt or Jimmy. Then idle on in, in 3 foot of water till you see Jimmy catch a fish. You might as well throw a hand grenade out there, it will have the same effect. They are breeding everyday. Thanks.

the main reason folks do this is because rather than call them out about it on the water they wait an stew about it an do it on the net.

Stupid....The impossible fix? Fish are shallow, no big motors, give guides some room!

Or it could be that he (Jimmy) is a professional guide with good people paying to learn the lake ....and not to see a argument of a fight breakout! You think maybe that might be more likely the case ssmith?

The entire Bag family fishes on week=ends.

I had the same thing happen last weekend, we were anchored in 3 ft of water doing really good, we were fishing live bait, and had several jack wagons get so close they snagged our lines with their lures. When I set up there wasn't another boat around.

I am glad I am not a guide. I would probably be dead by now. Doc's blow horn might not be a bad idea.

So I guess you were there? How do you know he didn't call them out on the water. Maybe he did and they didin't listen so he was putting it on here so maybe they would hear it again.

There good and bad fisherman on the water. It goes both ways with guides and weekend fisherman. I have been sitting on fish and having a good trip several times and had guides run in open throttle and anchor up within a few yards. 5 or 6 fisherman throwing lines right next to your boat. It's worse about 9:30 or 10:00 when they obviously are nowhere close to their limits and they are trying to satisfy customers. And when they leave out, wide open throttle. Same thing with the weekenders. If you are pulling fish out of the water it's going to happen. It seems to go along with striped fish fishing. I love going during the week when there is less traffic. I'm not bashing guides by any means because there are some great ones. But it goes both ways.
