Anybody ever bank fish at Denton creek? If so, where are some good spots and what fish are usually in there? I've never fished there, I just fish ponds around Flower Mound a bunch. Thanks y'all
If fishing was easy, they'd call it catching

under the bridge at 377. park in the parking lot and walk the path to the creek. There is sand bass in there in early spring and channels as well.

Denton creek is prolly gonna be best at the 377 bridge right now. I was at trophy club park last night and its not a creek anymore most of the park is under water with TONS of debris. Only had one bite on cut bait. Anything touching grapevine lake is hit and miss in my opinion, you'll either slaughter them or not catch a fish. A week ago when the creek was running I caught about 20 blues 2 hrs biggest was 30lbs
