Beautiful boat. Looks a little bit like a Simmons.

I have owned my 21.6 CC 1989 Roballo 2011 200 opti for two yrs. Weights 2260 lbs so its slow. But its deep V plows big waves great. Standing up driving is a blast and not sure I can go back to a bass boat. Looking for shallow bedding fish or chasing schooling fish is a blast. It has a T top that I thought would be in the way. Well The small spot of shade it provides is very cool. Crusing in light rain under the top dry !! Auto pilot trolling motor. HDS 12 right in the center ! Its just a better fishing platform. However it does about 40, Turns like a buss compared to a bass boat, Heavy, Less storage, Wont go under the bridge at Montecello !! Its for sale ? 18.500 and thats the cost of the new motor, HDS and the trolling motor. Moved and won't be going to Hubbard or Texoma again.

Doesn't look any deeper than a Champion bass boat. Also no gunnel looks kinda risky to lose stuff over the side.

Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.

Have had mine for a year now and have fished tourneys out of it ever since that time. I bought it to use at the coast as well but I have an aluminum down there and have been to lazy to pull this down there as of yet. It serves our needs well and the ride is unmatched.

That think is awesome, how much do those run for a base model to satisfy my curiosity?

I switched to a CC in 2013. You have options in regards to gunnel height, which in turn affects how much the boat blows around while using the trolling motor. I bought the Shearwater 23TE (Sterling). It's the same people that make Gambler Bass Boats. It's low slung, so it doesn't catch much wind. Will run in the mid 60s with a 250HP and provides more flexibility. My son fishes in a high school tournament trail which I captain in and our boat fishes almost as good as a bass boat. Key words "almost as good," it's a little too long for maneuvering in structure. A noticeable plus is the boat doesn't get near as hot in the middle of the day because there is not any carpet (previous boats had light grey carpet and it was hot), a noticeable drawback is the additional noise since there is no carpet. Good Luck.

I like a cc for sure.

Whether you think you can or you can't, you are probably right.

Not for me I have owned & fished in many cc's & I still prefer a bass boat.

I've just ordered a purebay 2000 with the 150 Suzuki ss on it. They claim it should top out around 56 mph. We will see but since I don't often fish tournaments I feel like the speed should be fine. I bass fish the most but plan on taking some trips to the coast with it. While I haven't owned a CC I decided on one for the same reasons you are considering. I feel like it's more family friendly with the room while being set up for an all species work horse.
